important to first understand the some of the different roles we will play
while managing a team.
1. Visionary - In this role you will need to create a common
purpose for the team. The team members should all be on board and collectively
strive to excel.
2. Facilitator - Define roles, set expectations and let the
team perform. This is the engine which makes facilitates the team to perform.
3. Cheerleader - who better that you to cheer your team and
take their success story to the world. Understand what motivates your team and
reward them. Be their Apostle.
4. Coach - Be fair, be firm, give feedback, coach and mentor and genuinely
care for the growth of each and every team member.
Keep this in mind and you will definitely shine as a manger.
