I work on an ERP that involves coding. But there are EAI applications that only involves drag and drop, configuration, building flows and some simple code snippets. So better choose a tool based approach that doesn't involve much coding.

Hello Prajwal
It is very difficult sometime to decide what we like doing, if we could then choosing a career path / job role that we enjoy would be so easy. One way to actually discover what we like can be by realizing what we dislike doing and guess that's your current situation.
There are  many roles in the IT industry itself that you can switch into where no coding is involved- business analysis, testing, sales, product management, quality assurance - some of this may require additional training which you may invest in.

Such job role changes are more easy to come by within your current place of work only. If you were to apply for such roles outside of your present organisation, it may be an uphill task. Most companies would hire you based on your current work experience alone- so you will get hired for coding jobs.
Therefore will be a smart idea to first make that shift in your present company and try to gain experience there.

If however your question was you dislike coding and want to get out of technology industry, so what domain to choose, well that's a whole new discussion. Without actually understanding more about you, any advice would mean shooting in the dark.

You may write here again with more specific question.
Good Luck
