HR contemporary, SME with 26+ years hands-on expertise through Leadership HR, HR Transformation covering full spectrum HR levers; am currently the Principal Consultant (People Practice Solutions - HR2020+) @ LearntheCorp Consulting specialized in HR Operating Model, Global HR Services, Advanced HR Systems including RPA/AI solutions etc. My consulting covers e2e (design 2 delivery) of progressive "HR driving business" solutions for multi-geo clients; prior to, have garnered full time industry HR experience with IT, Banking, Manufacturing companies such as Cognizant, Oracle, Dell, Scope International, Tube Investments. Integrated training models have been one of my passion areas, the recent one designed 2 Delivery embeds "Theory U with Inclusive leadership" - an outbound. The other ones include Mckinsey's "7S" with Malcom Baldrige's " execution strategy", Stephen Covey's "7 habits" with Malcom Baldrige's " execution strategy", Robert Blake / Jane's "Managerial Grid" with Mavin/Sandra's " Future Search" etc. additionally, have designed 2 deliver 250+ workshops covering 5000 students across various Engineering, Arts, Tier 2 B schools in India and APAC region with maximised gamified tools. Gen next & CEO/CXO Coaching is one of my other core focus that sprouted alongside my consulting path as specific mandate.
